Please read carefully to prevent any misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding.

1. Strictly no dead buyers.
2. First pay first serve basis.
3. Payment to be made within 24 hours once confirmed, otherwise items will be released to the next interested party.
4. Payment to be made to POSB Savings acocunt via I-Banking or ATM.
5. For ATM users, please take a snapshot of your transaction and send it to us via email. Scanned transaction is not allowed to prevent any fraud case.
6. No reservation.
7. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
8. Prices are inclusive of normal mails.
9. For registered postage, please add in additional S$ 2.50.
10. To prevent lost mail, we recommend you to opt for registered mail.
11. We will not be liable for any lost mail.
12. No extra pictures will be provided.
13. Prices are negotiable, depending on the items as well.
14. Trade is welcome only if I like your items. But if you add a certain amount of money for trade, same goes here. Fair. :)
15. No meet up. Only via normal or registered postage.
